A story about Marvel’s Spiderman where his Aunt May is shot and can’t be fixed.  The only way to save her is to make a deal with Mephisto for the love of his life, Mary Jane and the memory of Spiderman erased.  Once he does this the Avengers and everyone are changed as those he thought were bad are good in a multiverse that may lead him to a worse deal than he made to save his aunt.

SYNOPSIS:

We have seen many movies with Spiderman and how he got his powers but this is one of the stories never been seen on film yet. So things are going great between Peter Parker and Mary Jane, but some old rivalry has Parker’s house shot up and Aunt May gets shot in the process. Spiderman takes her to the hospital but they say the operation to fix her is not cheap. Spiderman goes to Ironman and ask for the money but is turned down. At this point they have an argument and end their friendship which at point of leaving, Jarvis gives Peter the cash. Even after a successful operation, Aunt May is given little time to live and nothing can remedy her. Spiderman even goes to Dr. Strange who looks in every world and can find no cure. The last situation Spiderman tries is to go to Mephisto and sell his soul, but only if he gives up the world ever knowing him and for never to have been with Mary Jane. After talking with Mary Jane they decide Aunt May is worth it and the deal is struck. When Spiderman awakes he is not remembered and in this world he is still friends with Hobgoblin who has an Avenger squad with all of Spiderman’s nemesis in it including a white Venom. Eventually Spiderman joins up but what was the price?
