SYNOPSIS:

When detective Lance Brown arrives in Washington D.C. to solve the "Lipstick Murders," he expects to catch a serial killer known as the Kiss of Death who marks victims with a rouge lipstick print. What he doesn't expect is for the killer, psychiatric nurse practitioner Tomorrow Robinson, to catch him executing his former criminal accomplice. Armed with video evidence of Lance's murder, Tomorrow doesn't run. She blackmails him into a deadly alliance. Every case they work together ends twice — the official story D.C. accepts and the private truth only they know.
