Based on a true story, two rebellious, passionate young sisters reject societal expectations in order to found New York’s first free, open-to-all museum - the modern day Cooper Hewitt Design Museum.
SYNOPSIS:
Three real-life, wealthy, white sisters in Gilded-Age NYC take on the patriarchy, while also being unaware of their privilege. Meanwhile, three other women (non-wealthy, non-traditional) lead fights of their own in this swirling epic tale of power, privilege and grabbing for what you need, even if it means dismantling patriarchy.
