Four superfans of a popular TV show win a chance to watch the season finale with the show's star. It's a dream come true -- until the star turns out to be an awful person, things get out of hand, and they find themselves embroiled in an accidental kidnapping.

SYNOPSIS:

Twenty-somethings Theo and her bestie Sam are huge fans of popular TV show called Suffer about a victims’ rights attorney. They win a contest--the chance to watch the season finale of Suffer along with the star, Roxy DeVigne. What’s more, they will be able to live stream their viewing party for the world to see.

Unbeknownst to the actress, the show’s creator has decided to kill off her character which Roxy discovers during the viewing party, in real time, before a national audience. Roxy has a massive meltdown on camera and the live feed is cut. A fight breaks out, Roxy falls, and is knocked out cold.

Theo and Sam, panicked, decide to hold Roxy hostage until they can figure out a plan. Theo realizes the only way to stay out of jail is to keep Roxy quiet by getting her job back and she stages a national boycott of the network.
