Grace, a compulsive spender, loses her husband, her job and her credit cards on one very bad day – and then manages to antagonize a nasty loan shark who’s on her tail! She takes refuge in a meditation retreat where her know-it-all sister lives and where Grace wreaks havoc on the tranquil life of the retreat. The handsome retreat manager, struggling to keep the place afloat, is about to throw her out until Grace puts her pastry chef skills to unorthodox use -- just when the retreat needs it most.
