NAVY ONE
By Pedro Vasquez

GENRE: Action, Drama
LOGLINE:

When terrorists hijack a nuclear aircraft carrier carrying the President and her family, she must evade capture inside the vessel’s steel labyrinth, rescue her hostage husband, and stop a false-flag plot before a U.S. retaliatory strike ignites World War III.

SYNOPSIS:

Making good on a campaign promise, US President Margaret Benson boards a US Navy aircraft carrier with her husband and teenage son for what should be a routine two-day voyage from Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, to San Diego, California—a symbolic show of support for the armed forces. Hours into the journey, a coordinated terrorist attack overwhelms the crew and the President’s Secret Service detail. They seize control of the nuclear-powered vessel. The President’s husband is taken hostage, communications are cut off, and US intelligence agencies misread the situation as an act of war by a hostile nation. Strategic bombers are mobilized, and the countdown to a global conflict begins.

Alone inside the labyrinthine floating city, President Benson must evade capture, navigate the carrier’s steel corridors and flight decks now crawling with armed insurgents, and find her missing son before the terrorists do. As she uncovers signs that the takeover is a calculated false-flag operation designed to trigger World War III, the President is forced to rely on the one person she struggles to trust—her impulsive, underestimated son. Together, they must out think the hijackers, expose the deception, and prevent a catastrophic military strike before the world crosses the point of no return.
