Great premise, seems like a re-work of "Prometheus". First ten pages of the SP; Martha is too foul-mouthed. Even if she's an irreverent pain-in-the-butt, the foul language is off-putting. It does not contribute to the story. Her personality has already been established. No need to drive foul language into the ground. Every other word does not need to be f***. How many movies have you seen where foul language is repeated over and over and you start to say "Enough, already". Less is more. Dial it back some. Save it for when the space creature (if there is one) comes from out of nowhere and threatens their lives.

Great set up, but the explanation of their goal makes it sound like a generic, "expose the aliens to the public" kind of movie.
