Analyzing footage of video-cams of the National Patent Office, a security officer sees a strange night visitor – a hologram of a girl. During the investigation, he falls in love for her and helps her to get some information to be with her. But the girl looks for her own way. 

SYNOPSIS:

Browsing old backups at a server computer, XAVIER (30), a security officer of the National Patent and Trademark Office, notices a strange visitor, a girl at footage of night records of video-cams. The girl scans documents on telecommunication subject. The same girl has been seen three times, night after night. He checks the last footage and sees her again. The figure appears on the scene after a while, not immediately – that is why the officer on duty sees nothing. She is expected to show up the next night.

The security service gets everything ready to meet the guest, but the ambush fails. The girl happens to be a hologram. She bumps into Xavier and goes through him. At that same night she appears in Xavier’s home, having scared his girlfriend SANDRA (30). Xavier manages to communicate with the girl. She is LENA (23), a Russian scientist’s daughter, who lives alone on an asteroid, in space, in a special apparatus for teleportation, her father’s invention. Her father has made a fatal mistake teleporting the apparatus to such a place. Now she needs some information to fix the apparatus to jump back to the Earth.

Helping Lena to get the necessary information, Xavier falls in love with her. Sandra, jealousy, gives him away to the authorities. He is under arrest, but the FBI gets information that the Russian FSB (KGB) hopes to meet the teleportating apparatus upon Lena’s return, so they release Xavier to convince Lena to land the apparatus in the USA, not in Russia. The Russian scientists, cooperating with FSB (KGB), give Lena her father’s archives as Xavier helps her to fix the apparatus. He tells the FBI about the place where she is going to land, but warns Lena about new ambush. The Russian FSB waits for her return, but Lena lands neither in the USA nor in Russia. Xavier manages to run away. The FBI secretly follows him with a hope that he knows the place. However, instead of Lena, Sandra meets him and passes an excusing note from Lena.
