SYNOPSIS:

Thirteen year-old Bailey’s desire to plan the perfect holiday season snowballs as her family’s interest freezes. Samir, Bailey’s eleven year-old Hindu neighbor, whose secret love of all things Christmas matches her own, becomes Bailey’s perfect partner-in-Christmastime and their adventures peak with a spectacular win at the gingerbread house contest. When Bailey mirrors her family’s distraction and lets news of Samir’s forbidden Christmas fascination reach his family, she loses her new friend and her Christmas spirit.
