A PSTD veteran running for a state rep, discovers his brother is missing in the midst of the opioid epidemic.  With a corrupt police force on the brother's tail and out for revenge, time is running out... an election win within sight, the vet takes on the search and rescue mission to find his brother; forcing both brothers to embrace and reveal each of their own true nature.
