SYNOPSIS:

On Chicago's gritty South Side, the brutal murder of beloved pastor and community activist Miguel Hernandez drives his two brothers to seek and deliver justice. Bound by blood but estranged due to the paths they’ve taken, state trooper Antonio and ex-con on the rebound Diego uncover a devious scheme of orchestrated gang violence, masterminded by a real estate mogul seeking to devastate marginalized communities for profit and engineer the city’s return to white dominance. As the brothers navigate the racially-charged terrain, they're forced to confront their failings and embrace the strength of familial ties, all while questioning the price of integrity in a world bent on power and greed.

You could probably remove "on the rebound" to make it a little more condensed and we could find that part out when we read the script.
