SYNOPSIS:

Kidnapped and tortured, Paula Walker is the first to die at Simon Drake's hands as she attempts to flee his isolated castle. Later, Kate Stevens and her teenage sidekick, Megan Hensley, are unexpectedly captured by Simon when their vehicle breaks down in the middle of the desert. What they encounter at Drake's Castle are horrors beyond their wildest imaginations. Megan is tortured by Simon when she discovers a shocking and well hidden family secret; his psychopathic and identical twin brother, Nathanial, who lives in the basement with his mother's mummified body. Margie Walker, Paula's estranged mother and also a victim of Simon's brutal torture, assists Kate and Megan in a late night escape, only to be caught in the act by Simon and killed. During a violent monsoon storm, Kate's ex, Bob, and Megan's boyfriend, Dane Robinson, attempt to free the women as they battle Simon and his vicious dogs. Margie, Dane and Simon die. The surviving trio attempts to cross a failing bridge in the last leg of their escape when Nathanial pops up unexpectedly and seizes Kate. As they struggle, an escaped watchdog attacks Nathanial and both are swallowed by the surging waters below. In the end, Isaac Drake, an identical triplet, collects the keys to the inherited castle and reveals the plastic-wrapped head of his father stashed in an ice chest away from prying eyes. The family tradition of serial killing continues.
