SYNOPSIS:
ADEN (30) is an unhappy telemarketer who is living a lonely life. He has taught himself to "stick to the script" in both his personal and professional life. His life changes when he meets the ECCENTRIC MAN on the train who carries a box. Inside the box he says is a divine "comedy." Aden is captivated by lovely ANNABELLE (24) who enters the train. He wants to say something but can't. The Eccentric Man notices. He gets up and exits the train, leaving the box behind. Aden takes the box home. Struggling with looking inside box, Aden finally does but finds the box empty, a tag reading: once you were blind, now you will see. Aden wakes up the next day to find that he has been robbed. Yellow painted shoe prints left behind. He gets on the train and happily flirts with Annabelle until DEAN, a man with yellow shoes walks on. Dean strikes up a conversation with Annabelle. Aden grows uneasy. At work Aden finds Dean following him. Dean snaps out a knife and chases him. Aden runs to the train and finds the Eccentric Man. The man tells Aden he should not have taken his box. He forces Aden to wear a name tag and warns him to never take it off. Aden follows Dean into an abandoned house and basement. They confront each other. Dean stabs Aden in the hand. Aden rips away his name tag and tag appears on Dean. Aden turns to leave when Dean rushes after him. Aden turns and stabs Dean in the neck, killing him. Aden leaves, the yellow shoes, now on his feet; he has a new sense of confidence. Inside the basement, Dean's body is gone, replaced by the familiar box. The Eccentric Man with the purple shoes wanders in and picks up the box.
