In the not-so-distant future, the USA’s low rank in adults’ education levels causes the new president to enact a bold first order: send all adults back to their high schools for benchmark additional education. So when the rag-tag class of ‘18 is summoned to move back to their former small town and attend their old high school for the first year of the 13th grade, high school drama comes back from the dead, maturity goes out the window, and the poor teachers are not paid enough for this B.S.
