1887, The Oklahoma Territory. Former Confederate Soldiers attempt to take the fledging region, yearning to be a state, away from the tribes and the free people that populate it. President Grover Cleveland and "The Hanging Judge" Issac Parker have tasked Deputy Marshall Bass Reeves to bring the outlaws to Justice. He is assisted by Comanche chief, Quanah Parker and the famous lawman Wyatt Earp.

SYNOPSIS:

A group of mysterious riders on Black Horses terrorize the Oklahoma Territory by killing prominent Judges and Newspapermen. After attempting to assassinate Deputy Marshal BASS REEVES and famed Comanche Chief QUANAH PARKER, they have unwittingly awakened the sleeping giant. “Hanging Judge” ISSAC PARKER, with the blessing of the President of the United States commissions Marshall Reeves, his partner DAN & Quanah Parker to track down these outlaws and bring them to justice.

WYATT EARP, now living the good life with his wife JOSIE in San Diego, owning saloons, hotels and prize racing horses. But Josie’s gambling has gotten out of control which compels the duo to leave town for a while as Wyatt receives a mysterious letter requesting his expertise in an investigation in the town of Atoka, for good measure a check for 1,000 was included to sweeten the deal. Wyatt is skeptical, but Josie is happy to embark on the adventure.

Bass and Quanah get a lead from the dusty town of Atoka, and the Lighthorse Police. They are to meet Wyatt and his wife Josie in town to investigate. Meanwhile, former Confederate Brig General HENRY LOWE is plotting the takeover of the Oklahoma Territory from Brazil with the assistance of his right hand, Lt JOHN ADDINGTON & his wife VICTORIA as they strategically move their chess pieces into position. But someone is watching, Victoria’s personal slave MARY seems to be carefully following their every move.

Bass and company find trouble on the train as a mysterious figure, CHARLIE STONE, causes commotion with Bass in the first class car and Bass is racially profiled by the passengers causing Stone to be freed and Bass, Dan and Quanah to be arrested and sent to the brig in the back of the train for the duration of the trip to Atoka.

The Black Horse Cavalry’s failure to eliminate Bass Reeves and Quanah Parker has pushed Lowe into working with an unorthodox colleague from the War that could elevate an already harmful conflict to an all out bloody war. The Clawhammer, VINCENT WITCHER, a ruthless soulless butcher of Yankees that hides his cruel malice behind a veneer of Southern charm and hospitality. All things come to a head as Bass, Wyatt and Quanah come face to face with the Witcher and his boys on the streets of Atoka.
