SYNOPSIS:

This dramedy centers on the flawed marriage between an easygoing Nashville musician (Ben) and an Indian bride (Latika) who’s never satisfied. Life with their 4 kids is finally manageable- or at least, controlled. After Lati’s parents show up for a visit, she desperately tries to get back to her normal. Instead, she finds herself thrown into the deep end of “The Sandwich Generation” indefinitely. Lati’s treatment-taught boundaries are constantly challenged by a matriarch who favors her son in law (& all males) over her own daughter. Lati must relinquish control in order to keep her sanity and her marriage, while she still pines for her parents’ approval.
