Hi Katy, this sounds like a really good story! The only issue I'm having with the logline is that the two parts (joining the orchestra/falling in love with a woman) don't feel connected - as in, what about joining the orchestra spurs the musician to fall in love with a woman? I think maybe adding "spurns the conservative ways of post-war America" as a description of the traveling orchestra could help this - so it would read, "After joining a traveling orchestra where she learns to spurn the conservative ways of post-war America" or something like that. Great work!
