SYNOPSIS:

Sheriff Red Harding was one of the best, until his job cost him his family. Now a disgruntled bounty hunter, he wanders the West. Known by Indians as "Redbear" because of his long red hair and wearing a long brown bearskin coat, the arsenal of weapons he hides under it are nothing compared to his hidden hatred of himself. When a young Deputy asks for his help, Redbear must decide if he wants to go on living, or let the Deputy die alone. Deputy is based on the real-life Bass Reeves, the first African-American U.S. Marshal.
