SYNOPSIS:

From D.C.'s own original TV Dracula "Count Gore DeVol" to their MST-3000 ripoff "Monster Madhouse" this cable-TV station knows no shame because their volunteers are shamefully amateur. From Ed Wood-type self-productions to a worse-than WKRP radio station, the only thing left to go wrong in this format is to bring in local politicians for wonderfully disastrous diabolical diatribe.
