As a matter of their family heritage responsibility, two women must retrieve and guard two supernaturally essential rings being sought after a ruthless international criminal who seeks the artifacts for his own selfish gain.

SYNOPSIS:

Almaz, an Eritrean, and Adina, an Ethiopian, two cousins from a family sworn to protect the Ark of the Covenant are haunted by strange symbols that appear on their skin. When a tragic murder strikes close to home, the two women are pulled together by fate despite years of unresolved tension between them. Their investigation into the deaths of their relatives uncovers an ancient secret: the Eri-Ethio Rings, powerful artifacts that grant safe passage to the Ark and are divinely bound for handover to the Covenant Box. But the rings are being sought after by an international criminal, King, interested in them for selfish gain.

The cousins embark on a perilous journey across Ethiopia and Eritrea, navigating ancient secret tunnels and chambers, solving cryptic riddles, and exploring historical locations while battling an increasingly dangerous enemy. In Lalibela’s rock-hewn churches, they uncover some of the first pieces of the puzzle, but King’s gang is never far behind.

Ric, a former buddy whose careless words to King set the chain of events in motion, reappears. Seeking redemption, Ric joins the cousins despite his past betrayal, offering crucial help as they retrieve the Eri-Ethio Rings.

In the final confrontation, the cousins face King and the incident ends in all three of them teleported to Aksum in the chamber of a chapel housing the Ark of the Covenant to which the women handover the retrieved rings and radiation erupts from one of the Ark’s Cherubim freezing and dissolving King into thin air rendering him dead.

The Eri-Ethio Rings is a mystery, action, adventure with a historical and cultural charm as well as a strong tourism attraction aura based on its African place settings of Eritrea and Ethiopia, that’s to say: Eritrea’s Hamasien Highlands in Asmara, Ethiopia’s historical sites in Aksum and rock-hewn churches in Lalibela.
