An aging, dying man, long alone and filled with regret, revisits the women he once loved and left — each episode revealing not what was wrong with them, but what was broken in him. Episodic series.
SYNOPSIS:
Jack is a 70-year-old physicist who spent his life researching string theory, and it's potential to serve as a gateway to revisit previous times in one's life. As we open, he sits alone in his quiet apartment, surrounded by mementos of his past. He begins recording a voice diary: part confession, part apology. As he speaks, we drift into vivid flashbacks of the women he loved at different stages of his life.
Each memory is cinematic — a little movie within the episode — showing the moment he walked away. But what starts as nostalgia becomes revelation: it wasn’t that they weren’t enough — it’s that he wasn’t ready to love.
But these flashbacks are only the beginning. Jack has invented a ring with the ability to go back in time to make amends, if not to change his own trajectory.
