VFX/Con artist (LUKE) stages his own death to get insurance and lure a police detective (MELANIE) into a lucrative, yet dangerous criminal enterprise.

Plot: The "Thomas Crown Affair" with the taste of a French croissant.

He is a Special/VFX professional who is on a mission to get the biggest score. She is a police detective. He's in love with her. She's attracted to him. They meet on a plane to Tenerife. They spend one night. He dies in a shark attack (staged). She comes back to work to find out that there is a wife, two insurance certificates, and nothing as it seemed in the first place. She finds him. He seduces her... rest is a con.
