12 Hours is a unique Drama, and it sounds gripping and suspenseful, Jodi Morneau! I like the title!
I think you're really close to a five-star logline. I suggest taking out Lenny's name, and I suggest telling what the life-altering reckoning is.
Missing the all important hook for a reader, what is the life or death (figurative or real) decision facing the protagonist? What is the life-altering decision facing Lenny? Maybe something along the lines of, "pushing her toward a life-altering decision does she abandon her marriage to save a patient?"
