Tragedy after tragedy befalls a snobbish uppity billionaire…until all feels lost and meaningless. Out of desperation, she devises a risky plan to heal herself – and the entire world…despite deadly opposition.
Tone: Don't Look Up meets Succession by way of … Erin Brockovich
SYNOPSIS:
The story follows Corey Aniston, a snobbish,
out-of-touch billionaire, living in Loudoun County, VA —
the wealthiest county in America. Think Botox brunches,
military contracts, and generational wealth so thick… it
clogs the air.
Corey’s entire identity revolves around money,
status, and becoming president of the ultra-exclusive
women’s club — just like her mother. She’s grooming
her son, Bradley, to carry the toxic legacy forward, while
pushing away her genius daughter, Grace, who’s hiding
her sexuality ….and running the world’s top satellite
company.
But everything changes when Bradley is accidentally
Killed… in a botched assassination attempt - meant for Dusty -
Who is a radical environmental activist he secretly admired.
But his father hates Dusty for shutting one of his factories.
Corey’s husband? He ordered the hit — and then - takes his own
life out of guilt.
Now a widow - running a corrupt empire - she barely
understands, Corey spirals. Meanwhile, meteors begin
falling from the sky. The world grows unstable — and
so does she. But when she reconnects with Grace - and is
forced to face Dusty — the woman she once vilified —
Corey finally begins to wake up.
As more cosmic debris slams into Earth, and pressure
mounts, Corey sells off the weapons and pollution factories
to her shady rival, Milstead.
She begins to change — but the world doesn’t.
And then — the ALIEN MESSAGE arrives. Global. Instant.
All phones, in all languages. It says Earth is in a survival
Competition. The rules? Stop war, save the planet,
fix inequality — or be exterminated. The twist?
The meteor debris?... It’s from the last planet - that lost.
Suddenly, billionaires scramble to donate. Wars pause,
and Earth starts to heal. But of course, not everyone
wants change. Milstead, now more powerful than ever,
tries to assassinate Dusty. Corey stops the shooter,
the assassin snitches — and Milstead, - rather than getting
arrested – starts a gun fight with police. He goes down
in a hail of SWAT team fury.
Corey is appointed Global Director of Women’s Affairs,
working with Dusty and Grace. Her daughter, Grace, now
out and proud, invents a tech that destroys future meteors.
But here’s the kicker — the alien threat? It was fake.
Corey and Grace orchestrated it with secret satellites,
because humanity wasn’t going to do the right thing –
unless it was scared to death. … And it worked.
The Loudoun County women’s club - is dissolved.
The world, Corey once fought to belong to — gone.
In its place? A woman - reborn, leading real change,
finally - on the right side of history.
