SYNOPSIS:

Driven by justice and fueled by instinct, two unyielding female detectives investigate a gruesome double homicide linked to a hospital van hijacked by four psychiatric patients, exposing a corrupt mental institution’s lucrative scheme to bribe and manipulate healthy patients into insanity. By the time Lisa and Michelle finally catch up with the mental escapees, justice has already been served by the victims to their perpetrators and the detectives must decide to either let them go, close the case or send the convicts to the gallows.
