Survivors of a plane crash discover a dilapidated island used as a gaming arena where the wealthy elite can hunt the living dead.

SYNOPSIS:

US soldier and Iraqi prisoner, Sgt. Lauren Baker, wakes up with four others captives on a tropical island somewhere in the South East Atlantic Ocean. A metal collar has been placed around their necks; armed with an explosive. Confused and alone, they soon find themselves surrounded by slow-moving but deadly corpses, Deadwalkers, hungry for human flesh.

Months later, a plane bound for China crash lands off the same island's shore. Most onboard are killed in the water landing but eight passengers manage to survive. Bridget, a grieving mother returning to China after her son's death, saves a deaf baby on the plane from drowning when her parents are killed. CIA Agent Fairfield escorts his prisoner, Elias, a gun runner and assassin. News reporter Sheila Blake follows closely, still hoping for an exclusive with the former terrorist.

After two of their party from California fall victim to the Deadwalkers, they races into the forest for safety. They soon find themselves surround and facing certain death. Out of the forest, Lauren, having survived all this time on the island, attacks the slow-moving horde and kills all five of the Deadwalkers. At her side is Dr. Truby, a scientist who once worked on the island.They tell the group one of the newest creations broke free and destroyed the power on the island. Its code name is “Titan.”

As they move across the island to the docks, Dr. Truby and Lauren explain to the group that the island was once used as an arena for the super-wealthy. They would pay millions to purchase an opportunity to hunt three types of the living dead. The Deadwalkers were hunted by the novice. Bezerkers, a faster and smarter creatures, were created for the more advanced hunter.

The Titan was created for the richest and most skilled hunter named Gerard. But, the new monster was too strong and unstable. Once it woke from its slumber, it broke loose and laid waste to the entire island, killing everything in its path. Unable to stop the creature, the island was quickly vacated.

Fairfield takes the lead of half the survivors. But, they are attacked and Fairfield is bitten. Only Sheila survives and runs back to join Lauren, Bridget, Dr. Truby, and baby Charity.

As night falls, the group of survivors must advance through the creature infested island and reach a secret lab. They also meet a lab worker who turns out to be Gerard. He locks Bridget in a room with Charity to lure out Titan. Lauren saves Bridget and Charity. Gerard escapes to fight again another day.

A horde descends on them and they struggle to hide..Sheila, wanting to break the story at any cost, leaves the group to die and hides in the lab. The group escapes their attackers but not before Dr. Truby sacrifices himself to save his friends.

Gerard makes it to the docks only to be attacked and killed by Dr. Truby's dead wife.

Between the lab and the docks are a hundred zombies. Elias finds a machine gun on the roof and cuts a path for Lauren, Bridget, and Charity to make it to the docks. Zombie Fairfield, now a Bezerker, attacks Elias, who blows up the lab and all the zombies with it.

Bridget, Charity, and Lauren make it to a trawler and sail off. They nearly escape but two Bezerkers attack the ship from the dock. Bridget nearly dies saving Charity from one of the creatures. Lauren is able to kill the creature and save both of their lives.

Titan jumps onto the trawler and attacks. Bridget is nearly killed by the giant creature but Elias shows up and helps her fight it off. Bridget finally blows off the Titan's head with a shotgun. After sailing for days, they finally show up in New York. Elias promises to turn his life around. Lauren, Bridget, and Charity go out to eat as newly baptized vegans.

Sheila, alone on the island, finally gets the phone to work. She calls her Editor and is put on hold. As she waits, she realizes that there are two more Titans in the lab about to attack her. By the time her Editor answers, all he can hear are Sheila's screams.
