A playwright locks herself in her apartment with her long time best friend as a “gofer” while she writes a production for Broadway. This friend, an accomplished artist and makeshift performer for the budding scenes, is madly in love with her and doesn’t know how to tell her.

SYNOPSIS:

In their isolation, Christabel is an instagram influencer famous for her unique artwork and offers help to her playwright friend Angela who works on a play for Broadway. Angela and Christabel have been best friends since elementary school, and so they fit together well as Christabel uses Angela as her new source for instagram artwork. What Angela doesn’t know, is Christabel is secretly in love with her and is planning to try and get Angela to fall in love with her as well. Christabel does everything she can to entice or discover if she can be with Angela but is getting nowhere. As the story progresses she feels more and more used as this makeshift actress plays out the scenes for her true love, who is too obsessed with the project to see her or might actually be dropping hints that she is interested.

A huge fight ensues and exposes Christabel’s feelings, and after sacrificing her pride and dignity Christabel stays even in the harsh awkwardness and crushing reality that she is being used and this has all been pointless. That is until she acts out the last scene of the play with Angela and the story comes together. This entire time Angela has been writing a love letter in the form of a play, and the love letter is to Christabel. Angy and Christay forever.
