When a struggling new father is thrown out of his home he must find a way back to his family against lop sided legal system which unjustly sees him as the root of the problem. 

SYNOPSIS:

Sam and Gigi are new parents who are having a rough time making ends meet. Their communications skills are not the best, she is Brazilian, and Sam is American. After a night of loud angry make up sex, things take a turn for the worse when the cops show up to their door and put Sam in jail. Thrown into a legal system which sees him as the bad guy, Sam must find a way back to his family so he doesn't miss the landmark event of seeing his one year old son walk for the first time.
