After attending a camping trip with her bully from high school, a timid and passive marketing exec finds the strength to fight back and learns to speak up for herself. 

SYNOPSIS:

Terrika "Terry" Bell is a smart but shy marketing specialist with Merriman's Marketing Firm. Terry is the best marketing specialist at the firm but her passive personality causes her to be looked over for a promotion that she deserves.

At home, Terry is equally passive with her narcissist boyfriend Marlon who does nothing but plays video games all day.

After Mr. Merriman gives the promotion to Landon, Terry's coworker, Terry's best friend and coworker Gigi encourages Terry to speak up for herself. When Terry finds the courage to talk to Mr. Merriman, he tells Terry that she needs to speak up and be heard if she wants to be promoted.

As if not receiving the promotion was enough, Terry is horrified when Mr. Merriman's niece Keisha starts to work at the marketing firm. Not only is Keisha on parole from prison but she used to bully Terry in high school. Initially Terry thinks Keisha may not recognize her but it doesn't take long before she does. Keisha taunts Terry as Gigi pushes Terry to stand up for herself.

As a team building exercise, Mr. Merriman sets up a camping trip for his marketing team. After several unfortunate incidents, Terry, Gigi and Keisha find themselves alone on the trail. Keisha continues to taunt Terry and after getting fed-up with the taunting, Terry pounces on Keisha and the two have a brawl. Terry does her best to stay clear of Keisha after they fight but the trio end up getting lost in the woods. Since Terry was the only one prepared for the camping trip, she ends up taking care of the trio while they are lost in the woods. It's during this time Terry and Keisha have a heart to heart and Keisha apologizes for tormenting Terry in high school. The two become friends.

Terry returns home early from the camping trip to find Marlon in bed with another woman and she kicks him out.

Back at the office, Mr. Merriman is made aware of the events from the camping trip and decides to offer Terry a chance to fight for the job promotion. Terry has to come up with a marketing campaign for the NorthTrees Sporting Goods company, an account that belongs to Landon. If her marketing campaign
