A pair of high school misfits struggle to come to terms with themselves when they unintentionally separate themselves from their peers during a field trip that happens on a rainy day.

Who here was a misfit during high school?
Also, if this becomes a real movie, IMO, stop-motion would be an interesting way because it IMO would be a metaphor of peers trying to "stop" one from fitting in. If you were a misfit during high school, how often did your peers try to "stop" you from fitting in?
