A crew of human/marine animal hybrids, bound together by a love for deep-fried goodies, battle with an evil parrot pirate to find the five keys to a lost aquatic city.

SYNOPSIS:

Sally falls asleep in front of the TV as it’s playing a commercial for a new restaurant called Doc’s By The Harbor. This causes her to have a wild dream about delicious fried food that she is now desperate to try for real. After helping her friend, Mako, sort through his latest plunder scavenged from Garbage Cove, Sally, Mako, and their other friend, Sophia, locate the restaurant and go to eat there. However, Sally goes a bit crazy and causes them all to get thrown out by the hostess, Moone, and the owner, Doc, who bans them for life.

The three of them try a variety of different schemes to get into the restaurant that all fail spectacularly. Finally, Sally finds her way back in when Doc tells her he’ll grant her access to his restaurant if she can get him a part for the ship he’s building. Sally then takes her friends, Doc, and Moone to Garbage Cove, a place where anything and everything can be found washed ashore on the beach, to look for the ship part.

After nearly dying because of a rock she found that seems to have magical powers, Sally manages to find the ship part amongst the rubble and she and her friends all eat like kings at Doc’s restaurant. However, that rock that nearly killed Sally washes back up on shore after Sally tossed it away with a mysterious, mystical voice echoing one word from it: Wetopia.
