Frustrated by her marriage to an emotionally abusive husband, a young mother is drawn to a work colleague, who in turn agonizes over his own loveless marriage. Both must struggle to create new lives even as their old lives keep threatening to pull them back.

SYNOPSIS:

Tired of her golden cage, Nina gets a job to the displeasure of her domineering and emotionally abusive husband, who refuses her request for divorce. Leo is in an unhappy marriage and is too coward to leave. Now they work in the same firm and, as their situation at home deteriorates, find solace in each other. They have an affair, fall in love and decide it’s time to take charge of their lives. Nina blossoms with the relationship and realizes she is a woman of her own and strong enough to confront her ex-husband in the custody of their son. Leo is overwrought with his wife leaving and taking their daughter. The emotional disparity soon starts to surface and thwart their relationship and, unless they can overcome all of the obstacles, they might not have a future together.
