Anita's perfect family life is shattered when a doctor's visit reveals that her eight-year-old daughter, Lisa, has been sexually abused.

Anita and her best friend tail Lisa, only to discover that Lisa’s father, who belongs to a twisted religious group, has been trafficking her.

The sect uses hypnosis, torture, and drugs, to deliberately create multiple personalities within Lisa. They program an alternate personality who has no memory of the abuse to come to the fore when talking with investigators.

Six of Lisa's personalities now struggle between fear of the cult and the desire to help their mother set them free.

With the Chief of Police covering up for the cult, it is now up to Anita, her friend, and two local detectives to save Lisa from a cruel ritual.
