Bond is getting closer and closer to Specture and are using a woman's blood to create their evil empire 

SYNOPSIS:

James Bond is in San Fransisco, California and hanging out there, but as he is there, he finds a woman name Vivienne Michel who is young adult woman who is running away and running all over the place as she is being chased and tracked down by Specture and by Jaws, Renard, and Triple X. Bond tries to stop her in San Fransisco from running away more and more but she escapes. And this makes Bond go to Washington DC and ask for help from Agent Jack Wade and Bond finds out Vivienne Michel is from France and her father was a Specture Agent who dated an American woman from Seattle, Washington and Bond ends up going to Vancouver, BC and also Seattle, Washington USA and he ends up meeting Jacklyn Jefferson a woman in her 40's who is a social worker and works in retail at the Nordstorm in downtown Seattle. James Bond also disguises himself as sky news reporter and goes by the name Michael William and investigates around the Microsoft campus in Redmond, Washington. Bond ends up running into the 2nd villain in Hazma Sheikh who is a corrupted Microsoft executive who has ties to radical Islamic terrorism and is a globalist person also funding helping Specture and Blofeld and he is also line with the radical Islamic regime and has ties to the former Supreme leader of Iran who Bond killed in 007: Live and Let Die(2025). Bond finds out that Blofeld is not behind the current plan and that honor would belong to Jaws as Jaws is now front and center and he wants to build a sea-empire under the sea and destroy the world by flooding it with laser and he starts by flooding Galveston, Texas in the Houston, Texas area. Bond has to stop Henry Silver/Jaws and also kill Triple X and Renard before they do any damage and before Jaws becomes the ocean empire of the world and destroys the west.
