Marketing director must align herself with her cos-playing boss to save their firm from a hostile takeover.

SYNOPSIS:

Roberta Sinclair-Espinoza (aka Bertie), who thinks of herself as a hip, brilliant professional, relocates her family from Vermont to Austin, Texas for her career. She quickly discovers that her new boss prepetually cos-plays as a cat and the firm's clients are beyond weird. Bertie and her family must navigate this world of strange diversity from Christian LIngerie tycoons, to Gay Conservative Cowboys, and Purveyors of Conflict-Free Strawberries to keep her boss' firm MEOW Corp. from a hostile takeover by her boss' former partner.
