Start with the incident which I do not know what that would be based on your logline - Incident then solution - ask your hero some tough questions I do not think we need the word MBA just graduate student or what makes your hero different than others why is this story different and why does it need to be made now - lots of producers do not want any virus stories or maybe change the catastrophic event from virus to something else!

If she has no memory then how does she know it has been 100 years and how does she know where she is now is not her norm since she has no memory?

As the story isn't about the virus, I removed that bit.
