After years as an infamous elementary school teacher, being put on administrative leave, and having herself tested for learning disabilities, a middle-aged suburban mother of two high-achieving teens decides to focus on her own health and well-being by getting into shape for an extreme obstacle course race and competing in her first bikini competition at the Arnold Sports Festival much to the dismay of her husband, her daughters, and her entire gossipy upper middle class town.
