A career thief must turn to her brother when she is robbed of the goods from a high value heist that she must pay back to a feared Corsican gang. As the two don their costumes and practice their old grifting routines desires quickly reignite and they draw closer to the forbidden love that they had been trying to put behind them.

SYNOPSIS:

After a two year disappearance, Sophie turns up in her brother’s kitchen, interrupting what appears to be a new, more respectable way of living. As upset as Sam is with her about the absence he is unable to say no to another bash at an old, exciting life.

They are also ex-lovers and previously dealt with their physical relationship under the guise of costume. As they get closer to their plunder, old emotions resurface and the gap between reality and fantasy closes, jeopardising the heist but offering a break from the spell of misfortune that has followed the gold in the past.
