Two freshmen find a suitcase containing $4.5 million and go on a spending spree — unaware it belongs to the Mob. Their windfall sparks chaos, car chases, and cafeteria riots. Surviving high school is hard. Surviving $4.5 million is harder.
SYNOPSIS:
When two broke freshman stumble upon a suitcase stuffed with $4.5 million in mob money, they try to lay low while juggling school, bullies, and poor financial decisions --including a Corvette, a British butler, and a bodyguard with trust issues. But when the mob sends two goons to recover the cash, their secret spirals into chaos: high-speed chases, mistaken identities, and a school-wide money explosion that turns their high school into a war zone of greed. With their lives on the line and a town losing its mind, Zachary and Noah must survive long enough to return the money -- if they can find it first.

Jerry Robbins your logline is clever, fast-paced, and immediately sets the tone for a high-energy teen comedy with real stakes. The premise is instantly engaging with a great hook. The contrast between typical high school struggles and the extreme danger of stealing millions from the mob is funny and smart, especially with the punchy payoff line: “surviving high school is hard, but surviving $4.5 million is harder.”
To elevate it slightly, you could clarify the cause of the theft. Was it truly accidental, or a misunderstanding gone wild? A touch more specificity might help heighten the absurdity or the stakes.
