The show follows Dan Rockwell, a PTSD-stricken ex-Marine, who travels to the Amazon jungle for an ayahuasca treatment to mend his life. Captured by a brutal indigenous tribe, he must fight to reclaim his freedom, his sanity, and find a way back to his family he left behind.
