SYNOPSIS:

Is family only those that you were born to, or the people who would give everything they have for you? When their foster mother dies, African American sixteen year old Mark goes on the run with his eight-year old Caucasian foster brother Tristan, who suffers from PTSD, to keep from being separated. But Mark soon finds that being a single parent in hiding is harder than he expected. It will take a grumpy, emotionally cut-off Army Colonial locked in the pain of his past, to give the boys a forever home.
