“The universe is listening.”

When Nina, a DARPA holographic-physicist, accidentally awakens an interstellar object, she must team up with her father’s former protégé in the jungles of Belize to decode a Mayan machine before the comet she believes she called answers — triggering a chain reaction that will transform the face of humanity forever.

SYNOPSIS:

When DARPA astrophysicist Dr. Nina Grant runs an unauthorized experiment using her late father’s notes on sound harmonics, she accidentally triggers a deep-space response — an interstellar object known as ECHO-7J alters its trajectory and begins to approach Earth. Within hours, the world watches as the comet unfolds, releasing smaller craft-like fragments that appear to move in formation.

Nina is blamed for the catastrophe. Her lab destroyed, her assistant injured, and her reputation shattered, she’s put on leave and ordered to stand down. But when the data left behind points to coordinates in the Belizean jungle, Nina defies orders and goes off-grid — returning to her father’s remote field station, the last place he was seen alive.

There she reunites with Ixchel, her father’s former protégé — a brilliant Belizean scientist who was once Nina’s childhood friend and rival. Their uneasy alliance reignites buried emotions and old jealousies as they discover what Nina’s father was studying: a vast Mayan harmonic device buried beneath the jungle, built on the same golden-ratio frequencies that power Nina’s experiment. The machine hums — alive, waiting.

When a militant cult calling themselves the Echo Foundation arrives, convinced the comet is a “celestial ark,” Nina and Ixchel find themselves trapped between fanatic believers and a U.S. military strike force determined to weaponize the site. But the real threat is resonating beneath them — the machine’s awakening signal is destabilizing Earth’s electromagnetic field, pulling the comet closer with every cycle.

As storms, quakes, and communications blackouts spread worldwide, Nina realizes her experiment didn’t just contact something — it invited it. To stop the resonance, she must finish her father’s work and retune the machine’s frequency before the final harmonic peaks, averting global catastrophe. As the resonance fades, no one notices a new signal answering from deep space.
