A ragtag team of unlikely heroes led by a retired Navy Seal must save humanity from an army of Bigfoots led by an evil mastermind.
SYNOPSIS:
It’s Christmas, and humanity is at war with a race of humanoid creatures known as Bigfoots who have invaded the planet, taken hold of most of the world’s nuclear weaponry, and ran over some of the most populated countries. It’s the end of life as we know it for mankind. An army of Bigfoots have unleashed their nuclear warfare upon humanity in order to reclaim their land, with the only obstacle in their way being a small resistance of human survivors. After the President is kidnapped and the White House goes down in flames, a team of Secret Service Agents instructs the Vice President to call in the last line of defense, Kicker, an ex-Navy Seal, and his team of Bigfoot Hunters, in the hopes that they can once again rise to the occasion and save humanity. Kicker reunites with his band of unlikely heroes – a redneck couple Unleaded Diesel and Kitty; a B-movie star and soldier Dinga, and her adopted Bigfoot son Fig; a war hero Shlitz; a drug-addict; a nunchuk-wielder Victoria; and Remy, a young boy scout and animal lover.
The Bigfoot society - who have humanlike facial features, razor-sharp teeth, knife-like claws, and tower at twelve feet tall - commune in their bustling underground lair. Hairy, the General of the Bigfoot Army, is instructed to carry out the next phase of their plan while the Leader of the Bigfoot’s, Diabetic Rainfall, rallies militia to kill any human resistance. Rainfall, a human in a Bigfoot disguise, joined the Bigfoot clan due to his disappointment in humanity. Meanwhile, Kicker, the leader of the Bigfoot Hunters, assembles his ragtag team who were each hand-plucked from the roster of the world’s most ridiculous heroes.
In Air Force One, General Brawler instructs the unlikely heroes of their mission; to break into Hollywood’s Capitol Records building to secure a classified hard drive containing a horrific tone that will incapacitate all Bigfoots. Kicker struggles with his built-up anger towards his father, Marv, who abandoned him as a baby. Just as General Brawler is about to share a crucial aspect of their deployment involving Kicker’s father, a Bigfoot fires a missile into the low-flying Air Force One forcing our heroes to parachute to safety through a warzone. Airforce One crashes into the Hollywood Sign. The group land on the Capitol Records rooftop and fight through Bigfoots to obtain a special hard drive, which contains the weapon that will kill all the Bigfoot’s in the world. Their mission is to give the hard drive to NASA, in Florida.
The Bigfoot Hunters complete their mission and take refuge in a nearby Sizzler’s restaurant where they eat, Remy accidentally kills Shlitz, and Kicker informs the group of his past. Kicker’s father and the first leader of the Bigfoot Hunters, Marv, initially established a peace treaty with the Bigfoot society by granting them their land back. They lived peacefully in their territory until Walmart began building stores on Bigfoot’s domain, setting fire to their homes. It was then when Marv made a lifelong friend out of Hairy. While in the heat of battle to rightfully reclaim Bigfoot land, Marv fell in love with a female Bigfoot named Willow. They got married and, while giving birth to Kicker, Willow sadly passed away. Marv, unable to handle the despair, abandoned his two-day-old son at a nearby church, leaving him with only a research book containing information, cypher codes, and crayon drawings of Bigfoot’s history. Kicker, using this knowledge, formulates a plan. As the Bigfoot Hunters are about to leave, Rainfall and Hairy, who were in the process of prying the nuclear codes out of the caged President of the USA when they caught wind of the crisis, have arrived with an army of Bigfoots to intervene.
Rainfall, showing a sliver of secret compassion for his own kind, gives the Bigfoot Hunter’s one last chance to surrender. The Bigfoot Hunters use outlandish tactics to fight off and escape the ambush on a doubledecker tour bus, making their way to a nearby safe house with a secret underground transportation line to NASA where they plan on using the International Space Station’s worldwide network of satellites to play the hard drive’s tune on a mass scale. Meanwhile, Rainfall deals with conflicting emotions towards the Hunters, getting some slack from Hairy on the way. The Bigfoot Hunters bond some over Christmas and their feelings – Victoria and Remy slowly fall in love, while Fig struggles with his identity, him being Bigfoot. Rainfall secures the nuclear codes from the President and broadcasts a worldwide broadcast warning Earth’s inhabitants of their impending doom. With the bloodthirsty Bigfoot army still hot on their tails, the Bigfoot Hunters finally make it to the safe house where Kicker miraculously builds an apocalyptic RV to transport his team to Florida. Our heroes fight off more Bigfoot, including a humongous Bigfoot named the Axe who kills Dinga on the way. Fig, devastated by his mom’s death, decides to embrace the Bigfoot, and leaves the Hunters behind because he can’t hunt what he is anymore.
There’s a wild and intense car chase where Remy is shot and killed. While approaching NASA, Rainfall and Hairy collide their Cessna planes into the RV and Rainfall allows the Bigfoot Hunters to get away. Furious, Hairy exposes Rainfall’s human identity. Hairy impeaches Rainfall and gains the support of the Bigfoot militia, promising to kill everything but his fellow Bigfoot who will remain secure in bunkers while a nuclear shower resets the Earth’s ecosystem. Hairy shoots Rainfall and thinks he killed him, but his favorite flask stopped the bullet. Hairy and his Bigfoot army go after the surviving members of the Bigfoot Hunters in a messy battle at the Kennedy Space Station, during which Rainfall confesses to Kicker that he is his father. Fig and Ross, Remy’s twin brother, join in the fight. With the astronauts all murdered, the Bigfoot Hunters partake in a ten-second training montage before heading to the ISS to save mankind.
While spacewalking, Kicker battles Hairy for a detonator that will blow up all the nukes in the world. Kicker defeats Hairy, sending him spinning away into the dark abyss with a grenade with no pin. Still, in space, Kicker struggles with returning to the shuttle and Marv sacrifices himself to protect his son. Kicker finally admits to loving Marv. Then, he turns off the detonator that would activate all the nukes and uploads the hard drive with the sound clip, which is human babies crying, effectively killing all the Bigfoot on Earth. All electronic devices on Earth are projecting the tone, successfully eradicating the Bigfoot population!
Hairy’s grenade EXPLODES, sending the shuttle spiraling towards the Earth and almost towards re-entry.
The Bigfoot Hunters stabilize the pitch and the shuttle flies back into space. They celebrate, then their shuttle slams into a wormhole. It's nonstop chaos until the Bigfoot Hunters crash land in a desert. Dehydrated and tired but relieved to be alive, our heroes trudge through the sand toward silhouettes of buildings in the far distance. In disbelief, they arrive in a civilized society far more advanced than Earth where they are met by a petrified herd of Bigfoot running from monsters called ‘The Exes’. The Bigfoot Hunters saved humanity from the bloody claws of Bigfoot. The only question is, who will save them from the Exes?
