Detective Brett O'Shea's psychic abilities are unleashed when a voodoo priestess spins her web of evil around him and his ghostly partner. 

SYNOPSIS:

In this fourth installment of the Ghost and A Cop series, Det. Brett O'Shea underestimates a fortune teller, Simone Moreau, who practices voodoo and black magic. He has often wondered if he had something to do with the previous appearance of supernatural killers, not realizing that he possesses psychic and superhuman abilities. Simone senses that Brett has a ghostly guardian and is determined to uncover the mystery while luring him to her bed.

Brett and his new supervisor, Captain Carter, get off to a rocky start. To complicate matters, Carter is an associate of the fortune teller. Carter steals a secret potion from Simone and slips it into Chief Anders drinks, as he plots to become the next police chief. Brett worries about Anders and suspects Carter. When Anders falls into a coma, Brett and Michael, the ghost, help Anders' wife sneak Anders out of the hospital and hide him until he recovers.

Carter is livid about Anders disappearance and becomes sloppy drawing Simone's ire. No one denies Simone and lives to tell about it. When Carter becomes a liability, Simone poisons him and dumps him in a river. Simone implements a plan to drug Brett, making him a voodoo zombie and under her control. While under the influence of Simone's potions, Brett is convinced to try and kill Chief Anders and Brett's long-time girl-friend, Lisa. Brett eventually comes to his senses and escapes Simone.

Simone grows desperate and kidnaps Brett's mother. The police develop a plan to lure Simone to them. Simone shows up with an army of voodoo zombies. Seeing that Brett and his friends are nearly defeated, Michael, the ghost steps in to even the scales. Emboldened, Brett confronts Simone and a battle ensues. Feeling victorious, Brett relaxes and is shocked when Simone shape shifts into a large wolf. Wounded, Brett's fury releases his own inhuman abilities of speed and strength.

Simone is destroyed. Brett is left feeling unsure of what just happened and wondering what other abilities he might possess. Anders is left in shock and believes that O'Shea is a real shit magnet. Only Michael realizes that more trouble is coming.
