SYNOPSIS:

A suicidal cop, Ray, who was is an ex-soldier suffering from PTSD from his time as a guard at Gitmo is losing his mind, his family and his job...

...With only one chance to save his job Ray takes it, the job is to train and participate with other police officers in the ways of torture.

...But what Ray gets sucked into is becoming the fall guy in a plot to murder another officer who is cooperating in a Grand Jury looking into police and political malfeasance.

...And in the process of becoming the fall guy he becomes the prime suspect in a double homicide and arson after his wife and his partner are tortured and murdered with him as as witness.

...To further the plot his five-year-old daughter is kidnapped by the two officers responsible for the murders and arson with their strings being pulled by corrupt mayor they are working for.

...So as the prime suspect Ray is being chased by a trigger-happy police force, fighting to survive, while he races around town trying to find his daughter buried alive in a leaking grave as it not only rains but literally pours...

..But the truth is everyone in this story is drowning...
