In Cape Town — where the views are world-class, the wine list is excellent, and someone's kidney is already on its way to the airport — a desperate surgeon, a clueless actor, and two socialites with impeccable taste are drawn together by the dark forces that have controlled the city from its inception.
SYNOPSIS:
The most beautiful city in the world; mountain, ocean, money, gorgeous people, but Cape Town's glimmer has a cost. A guilt-riddled surgeon is drowning in debt to people who don't accept cash, and blackmailed into servicing a clientele no medical board would sanction. A charming, dissolute actor is one bad decision away from something he won't want on his resume. And two elegantly ruthless socialites are running a side business that turns empty luxury properties into operating theatres and dinner clubs; some wine, a scalpel, and a locked basement door. In this city, the food chain has a VIP list. Dark, razor-sharp, and soaked in Cape Town sunshine — The Feeding Station is where appetite becomes atrocity.
