Dr. Adrian Kessler, a historian haunted by his sister's death in a religiously motivated bombing, descends into a newly discovered subterranean chamber beneath Jerusalem. There he finds a massive geometric structure — not built by any known civilization, but by an alien intelligence 11,400 years ago.

The structure is a covenant system: a transmission device that delivered humanity's first spiritual instruction. Three ancient witnesses received the message and carried it into the world, where it became the foundation of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.

But the message was sabotaged.

Through holographic archives, the team discovers a blurred figure present at every turning point in religious history — always in the background, always at the moment faith turns to fury.
