In a small town in Florida, the dead have risen. What happens when a group of the the dead, go after everything alive, and no one knows how to stop it.
I love a zombie movie, Richard! This sounds a bit like a combo tagline+logline to me. With a logline, you want to think of it as a two sentence-long synopsis of what your piece is ultimately about (tall order, I know) & keep it absolutely clear, concise and compelling.
A helpful formula with framing your logline is "protagonist+inciting incident+obstacle+stakes". So, for example:
"An NYPD officer tries to save his wife and several others taken hostage by German terrorists during a Christmas party at the Nakatomi Plaza in Los Angeles."

I hope that this is helpful!
