SYNOPSIS:

In 1950s New Jersey, Lucy—a quick-witted housewife with a rebellious streak—talks her way out of a speeding ticket and into something much bigger: a chance to prove she belongs behind the wheel.

When she’s laughed out of the male-dominated racing circuit, Lucy refuses to back down. Instead, she creates her own opportunity—recruiting her sisters to form Lucy and Her Auto Daredevils, a bold, all-female stunt act that begins drawing crowds and challenging expectations.

As the act grows more dangerous and more successful, Lucy sets her sights on something even bigger: television, fame, and a life beyond the limits of her world. But ambition comes at a cost.
