New Britain during WWII, a young Australian soldier attempts to lead a group of survivors to safety while the remote island is over run and brutalised by air, sea and land by the Japanese. Outnumbered by the thousands and utilising his incredible self taught skills, with courage, the miracles that appear to unfold for Henry to get him home, defy explanation.
